About Me
My Background
With a fine art degree from Pratt Institute I started my business in 1989. Working with decorators, home owners, businesses, architects and building contractors; six designer show houses, published in magazines and books and a participant in numerous fund raising auctions.
My Medium
Acrylic is my preferred medium, after many years using oils. My style can be loose - with a water color feel - painterly and , often, stylized. After years of painting large and often realistic images I love to paint small landscapes and whimsical patterns.
My Inspiration
My other passion is landscaping and gardens - often using floral motifs in my work -
whether realistic or stylized,
pattern, color and light as subjects.
